Ayat. Arafi condoles over martyrdom of Senior Cleric in Fars Province

The head of Iran’s Islamic seminary Ayatollah Alireza Arafi has expressed his condolences on the martyrdom of Friday Imam of Kazeroun, and stated,” The Islamic clergy dedicates his life on the path of Islam and serving the noble nation of Iran and sacrifices his life in order to achieve the divine ideals.”

Hawzah News Agency- the text of the head of Islamic seminaries Ayatollah Alireza Arafi's message, on the occasion of the martyrdom of Friday Prayer Imam of Kazeroun city in Fars Province, is as follows:

To God we belong and to Him we return

The news of the martyrdom of Friday Prayer Imam of Kazeroun city Hujjat al-Islam Sheikh Muhammad Sabahi, may God grant him peace, after performing the Friday prayer, at the hands of a person who has a history of conviction and evil, was a source of sorrow and grief; yet it proves that the authentic clergy is on the path of serving Islam and noble nation and puts his life on the line in order to reach the divine ideals.

I congratulate and offer my condolences to the scholars and clerics of Fars province, the people of Kazeroun City, and the bereaved family of that high-ranking martyr.
